Just today one of the ICAO member countries Belarus has violated aviation safety rules and enforced Ryanair FR4978 to land in Minsk, convoyed by MiG-29 Fulcrum.
The direct orders to do so were given by Aleksander Lukashenko, dictator in power who abused latest public vote results in Aug 2020, and staying as president of Belarus illegally since with the help of brute force, police beatings, false accusations, torture, human trafficking applied to public activists and media influencers, such as the one who was onboard of this Ryanair flight, Raman Pratasevich.
The only reason they engaged fraudulent SQUAWK scenarios (or something similar, unclear at the moment) and also applied military force abusing aviations safety was to arrest the person, who was arrested immediately after ATH-VNO was forcefully landed in Minsk.
As a citizen of Belarus I call for your immediate and most strict actions, namely banning Belarusian airspace for ICAO members.
Just to emphasize the above, please note that Raman will now face charges up to the death sentence, based on false accusations from government terrorists.
